Tuckmar razors is one of those brands that one can not find a lot of information on, they were made in Soligen, Germany and as one would expect from the period and place, are conidered good quality razors. Most folks place them in the 1930 to 1950 period. These razors had more detail than most other brands, so I suspect the range was more on the premium side, this specific one has some fancy spine work also, so I believe this would rank into the upper end of their range. This seems to be quite unique as I cannot find any others with similar spine work on the internet. The razor has pale yellow scales with a black synthetic wedge, it also sports a thin, metal 'Tuckmar' badge on the side. The blade looks good, and has some etching on the one side of it. The razor has a 5/8ths blade with a round point, and is shave ready.
