The US made Gillette Tech heavy-handle razor made for around 10 to 15 years in the 60's and 70's, although they were quite popular locally, they seem to be quite hard to get one's hands on. The Aluminium model was more common in SA, and this model is substantially heavier than those.

This is a three piece razor in very good condition, it has no plate loss or other defects, and is certainly one of the nicest ones you will be able track down.
