The Gilette Milord was pretty much the 40's Superspeed that was continued in the post war era, but they swopped out the nickel for gold plating. The gold plating was very thin, so there are not really all that many original models left that is in good nick, but the freshly coated ones look great also, it is a very attractive fella! This one is in particular good original condition and they do not come around often in this state. The case has some 'skin' missing on the underside of the case, but everything else looks pretty darn good! The pack of blades still has its clear wrapping around it, so the vintage blades should be in super shape, but rather consider keeping them as it as it has more value in completing this set, also, modern blades are far superior in terms for comfort and performance.
The razor has a TTO (twist to open) function, enabled by twisting the bottom dail anti-clockwise to open the doors, and clockwise to close the doors once the blade is loaded.
This razor weighs 55 grams and stands 83 mm high.
