PAL razors enetered the market at a time when the patents registered by Schick ran out, the agvantage of entering the market at such a time is that the tech and customer base has been tested and established, the disadvantage of course is that the original manufacturer has their foot firmly in the door. PAL was considered by many as superiour and more agressive than the Shick models, this one with a purple annodized shaft, they seem to be a bit harder to find than the ones with the black handles with gold plating.
This is a collectable, but can also be used as your daily shaver as blades are still being manufactured that fits this razor. This razor still has the original coloured guard and has more than likely not been used before. The brand was brought to market in the 50's so a great looking razor for a 70 year old piece of gear.
This razor weighs 25 grams and stands 100 mm high. The razor is in great shape and comes with one original blade.
